Our returns policy is subject to change without notice. If there is ever a discrepancy between this policy and UK law, the law will always take precedence. This policy applies to all items listed on ta-da-gifts.co.uk, and in no way impacts your legal consumer rights.

PERSONALISED GIFTS/PRODUCTS


In the rare case that your product is faulty, the personalisation is incorrect (due to an error on our behalf), or is damaged/not what you ordered, we will happily help to rectify the issue. We may ask for proof of damages or incorrect print (such as photographs), and reserve the right to request you return the item to us if deemed necessary. We will not take responsibility for the return of the product, and we advise tracked delivery is used. We reserve the right to choose whether to offer a replacement or refund if your product is faulty or damaged. If we ask for the product to be returned, the product should arrive in the condition it was received, and be unused (unless a manufacturing fault was discovered through the use of the product).

If you notice a mistake with your order, we advise you to get in touch with us as soon as possible. As our products are printed on demand, and orders are automatically sent through to production once placed, some production will begin almost immediately after placing your order. If your order is not in production, we will happily cancel it for you. We cannot cancel orders that are in production, as once items are personalised, they can not be resold or returned to their previous condition.

As written on the Government website, we can refuse to refund/replace personalised items unless they are faulty, or are inaccurately described by us. We provide multiple points throughout the checkout process where your product and personalisation can be seen and checked. We will not take responsibility for any errors in printing that arise due to typographical errors or oversight by you, the customer.
