To ensure you get your products as soon as possible, we will dispatch each item when it is ready. This means that products may arrive separately, and may be delivered on different days, if your order contains multiple items.
Delivery may be attempted 8am-8pm, Monday – Saturday. The carrier will leave a calling card if delivery is attempted but unsuccessful.
Delivery addresses provided must be accurate and include a full postcode.
We cannot account for extenuating circumstances such as Industrial Action or adverse weather conditions, which may delay your delivery.
Returns
Due to the unique nature of personalised products, we will not be able to accept returns unless the product is damaged, faulty, or we made an error. For more information about returning personalised products, please view our returns policy.
As we try to print and dispatch our products as soon as possible, orders are automatically sent through to production when they have been placed. This leaves very little, if any, time to alter your order after you have placed it. With this in mind, we ask that you check your products (including personalisation and design) thoroughly before placing the order.
